General Admission R280
VIP Admission: R390 We have 2 options for this, you may purchase a VIP directly online that will give you access to all areas, or, If you already bought a General ticket and would like to upgrade to VIP you may do so at a fee of R120 online and R150 at the event itself if you do not go buy it online).
Parents may purchase tickets in their own name and pass the ticket across to their son/daughter for access (we make use of the unique qr code to grant access)

2 outdoor stages and one indoor, ample seating, food vendors and non alcohol beverages will be available for purchase on the day. (to access all both the VIP & General Area you will need to buy a VIP ticket, alternatively you may still buy General and Upgrade to VIP on the day at the event or online) The General area has 1 fully inclusive stage / area, food Vendors, restrooms, dance floor space and multiple zone, the VIP area includes an additional 2 areas over and above the General Access which also includes 2 stages, entertainments area, a club )
We have an incredible lighting show complimented by a state of the art stage & sound rig (to make it very clear , this festival set up is nothing like you’ve experienced before and not anything like what any of the over 18 festivals have been able to provide since 2020).

Right of Admission Reserved, No Over 18’s, No Under 13’s, No smoking, No alcohol, No Drugs, No Contraband, No dangerous or sharp objects allowed. Any persons attempting to bring alcohol into the venue will not be allowed access and will forfeit their admission ticket. Each person will be required to have their temperature checked upon entry and to have their hands sanitised.
[Note To Parents]
We have a lounge space at Kenilworth Racecourse that includes a coffee shop (separate to the event space) where parents may wait for their children if needed. We also have a large space allocated for parking as well as for Drop & Go Zones for your children. Access fees for parents into this space will not be charged for. Parents are also welcome to do a walk through of the venue from 12pm - 1pm on the day of the show to get a full understanding of the entire event space at Kenilworth Racecourse and the experienced being created.. Please ensure your child has sufficient funds on him/her for refreshments, food and a VIP upgrade should they want to experience all entertainment areas at the show.

[Open / Closing]
The event commences at 3pm, however you may use your ticket pass to gain entry anytime during the day.
Drop off / pick up zones is located at the venue via Rosmead Avenue; we encourage lift clubs to arrange with the attendees to pick them up before closing times at 12. We have structured our event to ensure all headlining acts plays before 10pm whilst other headliners will play till 12, this allows for all attendees to experience their favorite artists should they be required to be picked up before 12
We have a no pass out policy (should an attendee leave the venue they will not be allowed back inside unless accompanied by the parent or guardian)
[VIP]
The festival includes 3 entertainment spaces.
The General Access is an outdoor experience that includes the music / stage area, food village, tents, non-alcoholic beverage bar, cloak check for bags/clothing (R30 fee), toilets and full safety teams.The VIP Access area includes an additional 2 entertainment spaces (1 being the VIP stage lounge area hat overlooks the entire festival precinct, and the other VIP area is another outdoor stage)
VIP upgrades will be made available on the day at the door, alternatively attendees may purchase a VIP upgrade ticket on together.howler.co.za , the VIP upgrade will be used separately to the General Access ticket, once the attendee has accessed the General Area they may use their pre-sold VIP ticket to gain access to VIP or they may purchase an upgraded ticket on the day for R120 at the actual event)
[Cashless event]
Together will be introducing a cashless money system.
Upon entry each attendee will receive a Howler cashless card, this card allow the attendee to load funds onto their card by either using cash, credit or debit card. Once funds are loaded, teens may use this card to transact at the festival, whether it be a purchase of VIP Upgrade, Beverages or food this payment allows for a more secure way of monitoring ones funds at the event.
[Refund policy]
We do not offer refunds on tickets bought due to capacity numbers, however for those that has bought a ticket and cannot attend may resell their ticket to a friend. If you have been denied access for contravening our access policy a refund will not be granted.
